The songs of this album reflect in the same time an intimist musical universe "piano/voice", with a sweet design engraved on songs, and in the same time a few "Pop-Rock" songs mixing saturated guitars and arab and african instruments. A mature album for Frank, on which one finds the old team of musicians: Patrick Delalix (guitars), Jean-Luc Fabre (bass, contrebass), Munir Daradke (flute, vocals), but also a new team with Nicolas Filiatreau, drummer for Manu Dibango et Danny Brillant, among others, as well as Jean Lassallette and Philippe Zerbib at guitars and Marcel Chaumont at bass guitar. These last will join drummer Paul Chaumont for the 2005-2006 "Ce que je vaux" Tour, title of this album.

Musicians: Frank Bechemilh (Vocal, piano), Nicolas Filiatreau (Drums),Cyril Teid (Drums, tambourin), Jean-Luc Fabre (Bass, contrebasse), Marcel Chaumont (Bass), Philippe Zerbib (guitars),Patrick Delalix (guitars, luth), Jean Lassallette (guitars), Ysabelle Lalande (backing vocals), Ahmad Dghemat (derbouka, dof), Mounir Daradkeh (flute, vocals), Paul Chaumont (Chimes, tambourin, shaker).

Recorded and mixed at studio Quilombo (Pessac, France) by Cyril Teid and Marcel Chaumont.
